## What We Do

Paralegent AI is an agentic AI application that performs contract due diligence on master agreements and their resulting subcontracts. It is not a SaaS tool — it is a production AI accelerator deployed directly in the customer's cloud environment. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.

## How It Works

1. **The Rulebook**: A comprehensive, deeply structured document organized by contract section (Warranty, Liability, Indemnity, IP, Termination, Confidentiality, Force Majeure, and more). Each clause variant is classified as GREEN (favorable), ORANGE (conditional), or RED (unacceptable) with definitions, rationale, and real-world examples.

2. **11 Specialized Section Agents**: Dedicated AI agents receive their portion of the rulebook — Warranty Agent, Indemnity Agent, IP Agent — each an expert in its domain, trained on the customer's specific business positions.

3. **Orchestrator Agent**: When overlapping claims occur across agents, the orchestrator compares confidence scores, resolves conflicts, and selects only the highest-confidence redlines.

4. **Actionable Output**: A fully marked-up contract with 40-50 precise redline locations, each tagged with classification (RED/ORANGE/GREEN), originating section, compliance explanation, and AI-generated replacement language.
